Meal Prep Menu for week 5/3

Life gets busy, and sometimes we all need a break!
It’s nice to kick back, put your feet up, and eat one of our delicious meal preps!

A new meal prep menu will be available every Thursday. 
Meal preps are ready for pick up on Sunday evening after 6 pm.

Proteins

1️⃣ Pechuga de Pollo (Pan Roasted Chicken Breast) 2️⃣ Trinidadian Dhal (Yellow Split Peas in Whole Spice Curry)

Vegetables

Bases

1️⃣ Tallarines Verdes (Zucchini Noodles in Creamy Spinach Pesto) 2️⃣ Coconut Basmati Rice
