Meal Prep Menu for week 4/12

Life gets busy, and sometimes we all need a break!
It’s nice to kick back, put your feet up, and eat one of our delicious meal preps!

A new meal prep menu will be available every Thursday. 
Meal preps are ready for pick up on Sunday evening after 6 pm.

Proteins

1️⃣ Pollo Guisado (Chicken in a tangy tomato stew with capers) 2️⃣ Mojo Shrimp (Shrimp in a Puerto Rican citrus mojo marinade)

Vegetables

1️⃣ Spiced Roasted Carrots 2️⃣ Garlic Sautéed Kale

Bases

1️⃣ Coconut Basmati Rice 2️⃣ Cilantro Lime Cauliflower Rice
