We’re the Lavarello Family, and we’ve been bringing Caribbean and Latino food to Oahu for the last two years with our family business, Dash of Sazón. Asia is Jamaican and Puerto Rican from New York, by way of Miami, and she is the Chef. Ezzio was born in Lima, Peru, and raised in Miami, and he is the Director of Marketing. We met at the University of Miami, and we have been together for over 14 years. Esmé & Donatella are the heart, soul, and sous chefs of the business. From street food to scenic views, our travels are seasoned with love, laughter, and the endless pursuit of the next great flavor.
